Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, is among Nigerian Governors  participarting in an Executive Leadership Retreat organized by the Nigerian Governors' Forum (NGF) in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The retreat is currently underway in Kigali, Rwanda, with the primary objective of fortifying the governance framework to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of leadership within Nigeria's sub-national governments. Plateau State Governor, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has inaugurated a flight on the Abuja-Jos route operated by Value-jet airline. This move is aimed at enhancing economic activities within the state. Governor Mutfwang emphasized that this achievement is a testament to his commitment to improve transportation to and from Plateau State with a view to attracting international investors into the state. During the inauguration at Yakubu Gowon Airport, Jos, on Monday, Governor Mutfwang expressed government's determination to revitalize the railway system and enhance road transportation in order to improve the quality of life for the citizens.
